Best Soups this Winter

We all want something to keep us warm in this cold chilly weather. The weather is going to get more cold in the upcoming weeks and then its going to be foggy and smoggy. What keeps you going through a winter evening is good food and bonfire. If you have a wooden fireplace at your home, then you are going to be spending the best winters with all the delicious food that you can find. Chilling, sitting and eating with your family in front of the fireplace always makes your days and night go a top notch.

From now on we will discuss a lot of discussion on how to keep cold weather not getting a hang on you. What to eat, what not to eat. What to eat that makes you lose weight in winters. A lot of times this will happen that you tend to eat a lot during winters because its easy to wrap and hide belly and fat under wraps of cardigans and coats. Which is why it is even more important to check what you eat during winters. I always say that eating right is always important. Not that eating junk is wrong but eating healthy is always the better thing to do.

I have three soups for you that are going to help you during detoxification. Basically, these soups don't let you put on weight and helps in removing toxins from your body. They are also rich in potassium. The first is the broccoli detox soup, the beet detox soup and the sweet potato detox soup. The broccoli would take the least time, followed with sweet potato and then the maximum time to cook will be the beet detox soup. The first will take around 15-20 mins, the second one around 25-30 and the third one around  45 minutes. Its only after you make a habit of it, you will be able to finish it sooner.

Going forward, lets look at a few soups to eat during this winters. The One-Pot 5-Spice Chickpea Noodle Soup, the Shiitake and Spinach Miso Soup, new year noodle soup,  Chickpea Noodle Soup with Parsley and Lemon, Chickpea & Sweet Potato Noodle Soup, Kimchi and Buckwheat Noodle Egg drop soup, Vegan Ramen soup, Vegetarian Pho, the Coconut Curry Noodle bowl soup, veg pho noodle soup, veg ramen with ginger broth and sprouts, chinese beg noodle soup, mushroom and spicy tofu soup, miso soba soup with noodles.

Lets now look at a few allregy friendly soups. The first one is slow Cooker Green Chile Enchilada Soup or Chicken, Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup . It is Gluten, dairy, egg, peanut and tree nut free. There is an alternative to the above the - Ham and Bean Soup which is apart from above is soy free.
For vegan options, one can go for Tummy Healing Soup which is Gluten, dairy, egg free. The homestyle cooked potato soup is gluten and dairy free.A fancy vegan soup will be white bean, artichoke and vegeatable soup which is sugar and gluten free

One can also go for the pea soup which is said to be gluten, dairy, soy and nut free. Other options are pumpkin curry, condensed cream mushrrom soup, chickpea noodle soup, lentil soup with bacon, taco soup, wild rice and pot chicken mushroom soup, coconut soup, potato and sausage soup.

I hope we all can adhere to these soups to have the most comforting winters and the least fattening diet in this weather. Avoid all eating guilt trips and drink these soups with all heart open. Believe me, if all this is cooked right - its a bliss and can make your bad day, bad mood go from a boo boo to woo woo. This is just metaphorically said. What i actually mean is cook right, eat right, stay healthy this winters. Cooking the right soup is a skill set and we all, irrespective of gender should get this skill set right. This is going to help you in many ways. Imagine if your wife or mother or sister or girlfriend is not well and ends some tender. What can you do is easily make some soup for them and then let them know how much you care for them. Small gestures like these help you get you a little more closer to your loved ones.I remember once my sister was very ill and she loves tomato soup. I very sharply remember, cooking her the most assorted tomato soup in the most callas manner possible. No matter how much I had to go down to get the outcome and finally finish its cooking, she loved the effort and the taste and gifted me a really cute dress the next week.
